  1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website and make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  1. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colours, prices, and images. Packaging, colour, or appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates, photography, or screen settings.

Please read the product label, ingredient list, directions, warnings, and expiry information before use. Product information on our website is not medical advice.

If you have allergies, sensitive skin, an existing medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a product.

  1. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are included or displayed during checkout as required.

Payment must be completed through the payment options available at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing, product-description, or technical errors. If an error affects a confirmed order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

  1. Orders

An order is considered accepted after payment verification and order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment failure or verification issues

  • Incorrect customer or delivery information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity

  • An obvious pricing or listing error

  • Delivery restrictions

If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders with a final merchandise value of ₹799 or more.

A flat shipping charge of ₹45 applies to orders below ₹799.

The final eligible order value is calculated after discounts and coupons have been applied.

  1. Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather, local restrictions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

  1. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing status.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy displayed on this website.

Opened, used, altered, or customer-damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This restriction does not affect the customer’s rights when an item is received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to NIO Skincare unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without written permission.
