Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NIO Skincare. We deliver skincare and cosmetic products across serviceable locations in India.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Orders worth ₹799 or more: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹799: Flat shipping charge of ₹45

Shipping eligibility is calculated using the final order value after discounts and coupon codes have been applied.

  1. Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, sales, severe weather, courier disruptions, or delivery to remote locations. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, tracking information may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order-status page.

  1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout India, subject to courier-service availability in the customer’s PIN code.

If delivery is unavailable for your location, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.

  1. Correct Delivery Information

Customers must provide:

  • A complete delivery address
  • The correct PIN code
  • A valid phone number
  • Any necessary delivery instructions

NIO Skincare is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  1. Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

Our courier partner may contact the customer before delivery. Customers are requested to answer courier calls and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • The customer refusing to accept the package
  • The customer being unavailable at the delivery location
  1. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide an update.

  1. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears severely damaged, opened, or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery.

If you accept the parcel and discover a damaged, leaking, defective, expired, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs and an unboxing video, if available.
